Legal
Privacy policy
This policy explains what Driveline Marketing ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. If you become a client, your service agreement covers how we handle your business and customer data.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, business name, phone number, your trade, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. After you submit, an optional second step lets you add your business address, website and email address. If you later give us your email address or other details by phone or email, we keep those with your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
- Ad and campaign details. If you arrive from an ad, the link can carry campaign tags (such as
utm_source,utm_campaignand a Meta click ID). We keep these in your browser's session storage for the visit and attach them to your form submission, along with the page you landed on, so we know which campaign produced the inquiry. Session storage clears when you close the tab. - Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request.
- Advertising pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. It may set cookies and receives information about your visit, including page views and whether you submitted the form. See "Your choices" below.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call.
- To send follow-up messages about your inquiry by email, phone or, if you opted in, text message.
- To understand which ads and pages produce inquiries, and to improve them.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Text messages
If you tick the text-message box on the contact form, you agree to receive texts from Driveline Marketing about your inquiry, such as scheduling and follow-up. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under terms that limit their use of it:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel), our customer relationship and messaging platform, which stores form submissions and sends our emails and texts.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
- Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel described above.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which deliver fonts and a graphics library to your browser. Your browser contacts them directly, so they receive your IP address and browser details.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to information already collected.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Records of text-message consent and opt-outs are kept as long as needed to show compliance.
Your choices
- Access, correction and deletion. Email us at info@drivelinemarketing.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them.
- Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
- Ad tracking. You can limit Meta's use of your activity in your Meta ad preferences, block cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's tracking protection.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent encrypted to our CRM. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Significant changes will be noted at the top of this page.
